Shipping

Orders may ship via multiple carriers, depending on availability and service area.

Shipping delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless otherwise noted.

Certain items, such as over-sized merchandise, may require additional shipping charges.

Any such charges will be noted during the checkout process prior to submitting your order.

Delivery addresses must be capable of receiving USPS packages. We are not responsible for stolen, misplaced, or lost packages as liability is transferred onto the shipping carriers once they have received the packages from us. For such cases, please file/report claim directly with the carrier.

All applicable taxes will be charged where required by law; customers are responsible for taxes in all other jurisdictions. Due to regulations or company policy, we may not ship to certain states.

Adult signature (21+) is required for delivery. All deliveries must be signed for by an individual who is capable of proving that he or she is 21 years of age or older by providing a valid form of identification at the time of delivery. If there is no individual 21 years of age or older to accept the delivery, the delivery will not be able to be completed at that time. After three failed delivery attempts, the package will be returned to Apres Tobacco. You will be required to pay an additional re-shipping fee of $25 in order to receive the package. Refunds for packages – and the associated shipping costs – that are returned to the Apres Tobacco due to failed delivery attempts are at the discretion of the Apres Tobacco.

Shipping takes up to 14 business days from date of shipment not including weekends or holidays.

International Shipments

Apres Tobacco does not accept international orders. All international orders submitted will not be accepted, processed or completed. Customers are responsible for any violation of this policy.

Returns & Refund

If you receive a damaged product, please contact info@aprestobacco.com with documentation (photos) before opening the package.

We are not responsible for stolen, misplaced, or lost packages as liability is transferred onto the shipping carriers once they have received the packages from us. For such cases, please file/report claim directly with the carrier.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and returned or refused orders may be subject to a restocking fee. You will be required to pay an additional re-shipping fee of $25 in order to receive the package. Refunds for packages – and the associated shipping costs – that are returned to the retailers due to failed delivery attempts are at the discretion of Apres Tobacco.

Refunds are at the sole discretion of Apres Tobacco or its third-party retail partners.

Privacy

Apres Tobacco values your privacy and protects your information through encryption and secure systems. We collect only the data necessary to process orders and improve our services, including contact information and purchase details.

This information is shared only with trusted partners required for fulfillment, compliance, or legal purposes. We do not sell, rent, or trade customer data.

Transactional information is transmitted securely, and payment details are deleted immediately after authorization.
